CONDITIONS: 

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING!

• To comfirm your appointment a deposit of 25% is required. This amount is non-refundable;

• The remaining amount of cash must be paid in cash;

• The listed price does not include hair. Depending on your appointment, you must bring your hair bundles or Xpression pre pluck packs with you;

• Make sure your hair is freshly washed and combed out and product free. This means no oil, leave-in conditioner, wax etc. This also applies to the hair bundles. If there is enough time your hair can be washed, an amount of € 20 will be charged. If this is not possible due to time constraints unfortunately you can not be helped; 

• Be on time! If you are 10 minutes late, an amount of €10 will be charged. After 15 minutes your appointment will be automatic cancelled. Refund of the desposit is not possible; 

• Please be mindfull, I have a client every 1hour and 20 mins. Being late will interfere with the scheduled time of the following client. When you cancel the same day, you will pay the full amount 

Please note, Before u book anything with me whether it´s a class or a hair appointment please be sure about it once u book and pay deposit it´s NON REFUNDABLE, unless its a 1:1 class I will allow you to reschedule within a certain time frame.
